How did Wicket III World start?

The website started as a result of playing a number of Cricket games on my Playstation games console.

Each time I bought a new game with an outdated player database or it contained unlicensed players, then I would spend hours researching and even longer making the necessary alterations.

I’d create squad lists which I would later use in games such as Brian Lara's International Cricket, The Ashes '09, International Cricket 2010 and now Don Bradman Cricket.

After a while I thought many Cricket gamers like myself might benefit if I shared the information on the internet. Hence the birth of the Wicket III World website.

But why call it Wicket III World?  It's quite simple really.  'Wicket World' is self explanatory whilst the 'III' represents the three stumps used at either end of the playing strip.

I will try to regularly update the details to the latest available.
